short video from Lake Skinner
Are you feeling low? Perhaps you have been abandoned by people who you thought cared about you. Perhaps your dreams are being dashed. Maybe you’ve hit a rough spot with health, finances, career, family.
What can you do when feeling low? Like Lake Skinner, when you’re low, you need a fresh infusion of God’s Spirit.
You need to practice Isaiah 40:31: “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (KJV)
Lake Skinner is a Riverside, California County Park and water supply for the area. Due to the current drought, the water level is quite low.
We’re praying for rain for Southern California. I pray for refreshing rain of the Holy Spirit in your life.
I recently got the following email from a someone who is feeling low and wrote:
“Enjoy all your articles Mark. This is an extremely difficult time in my family and I depend on writings such as yours, as well as my Bible, to get me through. Keep writing great things.”
